Tube Chamfering Machine

The HEQI Tube Chamfering Machine delivers precise, burr-free beveled edges on metal tubes ranging from 6mm to 120mm outer diameter. Chamfered edges are critical for weld preparation, safety, and aesthetic finishing in nearly every tube processing application. This machine uses high-speed rotating cutting heads with replaceable carbide inserts to create consistent 15° to 45° chamfers on both internal and external edges. The automatic tube feed system clamps, chamfers, and ejects tubes in a continuous cycle, achieving output rates of 300 to 500 pieces per hour depending on tube size and angle. For short runs or prototyping, the manual feed mode allows single-piece operation with the same cutting quality.
