Automatic Loading System
The HEQI Automatic Loading System eliminates manual tube feeding from your production process, turning any standalone bending or forming machine into a lights-out production cell. The system uses a robotic gantry arm with pneumatic grippers to pick tubes from a bulk magazine or rack, align them precisely, and feed them into the machine chuck or clamp. Tubes from 500mm to 6,000mm in length are handled with equal precision, and the loading cycle completes in 2 to 4 seconds — faster than most human operators. The PLC-based control system communicates bidirectionally with the host machine, ensuring perfect synchronization and eliminating empty cycles or misfeeds.
